Stand Name: Turn the Lights Off
Stand Type: Long-Range Stand.
Stand Appearance: A tall but almost skeletally thin figure, Turn the Lights Off is visible at range only as a blot of darkness; it's sinewy grey and black frame largely obscured by the thick black smoke which curls upwards from ports and apertures set at symmetrical points cross its sleek and angular body, and particularly from a set of stained smokestack like structures set in the semicircular 'collar' of its dull grey armour plating. These stained stone-grey exhausts belch the same oily smog upwards to hide the entirety of its head beyond a pair of impassive but fiery red eyes, the thick smoke itself curling and flickering around its obscured head like black flames before dissipating invisibly into the air above the Stand's body. The Stand has similar smoke-belching tubes in lieu of fingers; each made up of flexible black hoses with smoke-dulled metal ring joints, and ending in a set of cannon-barrel or fire-hose-like tubes from which it drools a constant stream of the oily black gas.
Stand Abilities and Techniques: Constantly producing a fog of thick black smoke around its body at close range, Turn the Lights Off is capable of projecting seemingly endless quantities of the stuff from its cannon-esque fingers with considerable force and up to long distances, in doing so easily swamping areas with the clinging smoke which hangs largely where it lands, descending with incredible slowness because it is only marginally heavier than air.
Rather than choking opponents as one might expect from the heavy black smog, the smoke produced by Turn the Lights Off dulls, suppresses and eventually entirely deprives victims of, their senses, starting with vision. Acting like a vision-blocking smoke cloud at low levels of concentration, exposure to and immersion within large quantities or deposits of the thick smoke causes victims to progressively lose their other senses as well (with rapidity of loss dependent on the concentration they are exposed to), until, utterly mired in the stuff or having spent a lot of time within it, they are completely devoid of awareness of anything beyond their own thoughts.
Stand Personality: Although its face is always hidden by the belching smokestacks around its collar, Turn the Lights Off conveys an air of constant and almost apathetic calm through its sternly intense red glare.
